Privacy
Gracenda is designed around restaurant-scoped guest relationships. This notice describes the public website and pilot request form; each participating restaurant publishes its own member-facing privacy notice before enrollment begins.
Pilot requests
When you request pilot access, we collect the name, work email, restaurant or group name, city, and optional note you submit. We use this information to evaluate fit, contact you about the request, prevent duplicates, and protect the form from abuse. We retain a request only while it remains useful for those purposes or applicable recordkeeping.
Restaurant membership data
In the membership platform, identity, consent, invitation attribution, recognized visits, benefits, and audit records are scoped to the participating restaurant. Gracenda does not create cross-restaurant points or pool one restaurant’s identifiable audience for another restaurant’s marketing.
Payments and POS data
Gracenda does not collect payment-card details. Approved POS connections receive only the data required for the documented visit, benefit, redemption, reconciliation, and security workflows.
Your choices
Pilot communications include an opt-out path. To request access, correction, suppression, or deletion, use the request form and write “Privacy request” at the start of the note; that message is used to respond to the request. Member marketing consent is separate from account verification and is recorded per restaurant.
Operator
Gracenda is operated as a Crownlink product. The member-facing legal entity details, restaurant-specific roles, subprocessors, retention rules, and support channel must be approved before public member enrollment.
