Gracenda is under active pilot development. Descriptions of integrations, automation, and future capabilities are product direction, not a promise that a provider has approved or enabled access for a particular restaurant.
Website terms
These website terms cover public product information and pilot requests. Restaurant membership, benefits, and staff use require separate approved agreements and program rules before activation.
Pilot requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, service availability, an opening date, a benefit, or commercial terms. We may limit pilots based on operational readiness and integration requirements.
Restaurant programs
Each restaurant funds and fulfills its program under published rules. Promotional benefits are not cash, gift cards, or stored value unless an approved agreement expressly says otherwise. Random rewards and sweepstakes are not part of the v1 platform.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse forms, impersonate a restaurant, attempt self-referrals, create duplicate identities, interfere with tenant isolation, or use the site to access data you are not authorized to view.
Legal approval gate
These implementation terms remain subject to review by the operating entity and counsel before paid service or public member enrollment begins.
